With experienced modeling skills, Sparx* artists made a large number of high-poly objects to create eerie monsters, various weapons and props, maximizing image fidelity throughout.
The game is set in 2102 USA, 25 years after the destruction of earth by nuclear war, in an area called "Appalachia" based on the state of West Virginia. It features recreations of real locations in the region and numerous new mutated monsters inspired by West Virginian folklore.
